Hi my name is Dr. Natalie Lopez!

So glad you have made it here!

 

As a chiropractor and personal trainer, I help busy people who live active lifestyles to recover from injuries experienced from the hobbies and activities that they love. That way they can get back to those activities quicker and feel even more confident in what their body is capable of.

What I am most passionate about is helping people live their healthiest and happiest life. I strive towards helping my patients improve their health in the short and long term. I am a strong advocate of a balanced lifestyle by incorporating exercise, diet, sleep and stress management, while educating my patients with these skills.

 

When I was younger, I didn’t even know what chiropractic was and I didn’t have the healthiest lifestyle. I always had a fascination with the body and decided to further pursue it in a kinesiology program. I am not your average kinesiology or chiropractic college student that’s had a sport background that pushed them into this career path, rather it was my eagerness to learn more.

 

During my education, I began to incorporate healthier lifestyle habits of eating healthier, increasing my vegetable intake and exercising. I maintained these habits through out chiropractic college and continued to learn more on how to better care for the body. I found that the better I took care of myself, the better my day was and my energy levels improved. That is why I see the value of educating people towards healthier habits to influence other aspects of their life. I currently implement these habits by experimenting in the kitchen with smoothie concoctions and recipes, while staying physically active with pilates classes, strength training workouts and running.

 

I received my Doctor of Chiropractic in Toronto at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and my Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at Lakehead University. While in chiropractic college I enjoyed the theory of anatomy by being an anatomy tutor and lab supervisor at CMCC and practically as a personal trainer.
