The approach

Care that has time for you

The first visit is a full 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on what you need. There is room to talk, room to assess, and room to build a plan that fits.

  1. Listen and understand the full picture.

Dr. Natalie takes time to hear what brought you in, what you have tried, and what you are hoping care can do for you. The first visit is a conversation as much as it is an assessment.

  2. Explain what may be contributing and agree on a plan.

After the assessment, Dr. Natalie explains what she finds in plain language, what may be contributing to it, and what a realistic path forward looks like. You will know what is being recommended and why before any hands-on care begins.

  3. Use an individualized mix of care and movement guidance.

When appropriate, Dr. Natalie uses a combination of hands-on treatment, movement work, acupuncture, and K-Taping to support recovery. Care is adjusted to your body, your goals, and how you respond over time.

Your first visit

What your first visit looks like

You do not need to prepare anything complicated, and treatment only happens when it makes sense and you are comfortable with it.

  • What to bringYourself, any imaging or notes you already have, and a list of questions if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Conversation and assessmentDr. Natalie asks about your history, your symptoms, and what you are hoping care can do for you. The assessment looks at how your body moves, where you hold tension, and what may be contributing to what you are feeling.
  • Treatment when appropriateIf hands-on care makes sense for the visit, Dr. Natalie will explain what she is recommending and why, and only proceed when you are comfortable. You are welcome to ask questions at any point.
  • A practical planBefore you leave, you will know what Dr. Natalie found, what she recommends, and roughly what to expect. If a referral or additional care is needed, she will explain that too.
